Shattered tops on bottles.
My order was accurately filled and came on time. However; when I opened my first bottle of product the lid shattered. I thought maybe it was just that bottle, so opened a second thinking I could use it on the first and that one shattered also. Now I have two bottles with plastic wrap and rubber bands for tops.

Wrong product shipped and error still not corrected.
I ordered one product - conditioner. I received shampoo instead. I followed the instructions to notify the company by email of the error, and I still have not received a reply or the correct shipment.
