had a great experience with both the chair and the customer service. Maude was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially when I was choosing the color. It was difficult to understand the differences between the website and real life, and she patiently guided me. The chair itself is absolutely comfortable. It’s exactly what my back and posture needed, and I can already tell the difference after using it. The quality is excellent, and the whole purchasing experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend both the HÅG chair and the team behind it.

The actual company was fantastic, with great support. The only hiccup I ran into was accidentally being included with import paperwork (beyond tariffs), but that was solved very quickly.

The Hag team was very supportive in accommodating a swift delivery. I tried many office chairs since I have been working at home for many years now. And this is the first chair that completely received my back-pain. So kudos to the designers.

I ordered a custom chair in end of July 2026 (vacation time for the company) and still got it delivered at the date that was shown on the website. I followed up with questions several times (not being an easy customer) and was met with respect and got my questions answered. I am super happy with the chair and this company that I ordered it from. I highly recomend them.

I ordered the HÅG Capisco 8106 in a color outside of the standard colelction and I'm super happy with it! I was told that choosing a color from the extended collection might add 2 extra weeks to the shipping but my chair actually arrived much earlier than expected. I didn't have to wait any extra time at all. Assembly was easy enough. I used the guide that's on the website. It's helpful. Overall, very satisfied with everything. My partner wants one too now!

This is not a review about the product, but the overall experience with the company. This review is written in the end of July. I placed the order at the beginning of April. The item took two months to manufacture and then was shipped using a cheap courier. The order is lost and I haven’t received it yet. Customer service has not resolved the issue and is taking a long time to reply. Overall experience is very bad for such a premium product at a premium price point. Do not recommend.
