My Facebook account was hacked and completely taken over by the hackers. The hackers changed my email, phone number, and password associated with the account and I was unable to access it at all. I followed all of the steps recommended by Facebook to report and recover my hacked account, to no avail. I also followed the free advice on the Hacked.com website to try to recover, but that didn't work either. I thought all hope was lost, but booked an initial visit with Christian Erickson at hacked.com, as a last resort. Christian was professional, knowledgable, and efficient.
