My Facebook account got hacked due to a lack of two-factor authentication. I tried myself for one day but Aaron assisted me step-by-step in trying out several other workarounds untill i was able to add my original email again and so recovered my account, changed the pw again, setup 2FA and kicked the hacker out. All this in less then one hour

Great experience working with Greg. After a hacked Facebook account we reached out to Facebook 3 times (actual human beings, not just using their automated system) and got nowhere. Greg walked us through the process of contacting an assortment of government officials and filing complaints about identity theft and we got immediate responses from them leading to regaining access to the lost account within a week or two.
