Can you imagine a 67 years old Swiss lady, which has not especially familarity with English language and computer technology going through the recovery process of Facebook…. A real NIGHTMARE ! I am here to share my experience over the last four weeks of fighting with the hacked Facebook account of my husband. The hacker changed email address, password and removed the phone number. If for some the steps recommended by FB may work, for others it doesn’t. I tried all the help links in the help center and again, stuck in the same endless loop that got me nowhere. After searching all other avenues on the WEB and in forums, i finally came across Hacked.com. Of course, I was very skeptical, but the positive reviews gave me confidence to contact them, and today i am so glad I did ! JESSICA, a member of the team hacked guided me through the steps to recover my husband’s Facebook account. First we had a Zoom-Session but we did not regain access during this session. My FB was hacked in July and they put a 2 factor authentication on my account. I spent WAY to much time watching endless YouTube videos, reading a plethora of articles with solutions to no avail. FB has zero point of contact so regardless of sending selfies, my drivers license, passport, voter id, I was stuck in the loop of duo.
