Jessica was super helpful. My account had been hacked and i had gone through all the steps to no success on my own. However once i got the team at hacked.com involved they helped me regain control of my account and showed me the security steps to put into place to keep it from occurring again.

My mother and I were stuck in a Facebook loop trying to regain control of her account - the hacker had changed the majority of the information that would help us with access and we were at a dead end. We were able to get an appointment with Aaron for the next day, and despite some initial roadblocks he was able to quickly and calmly get us back into the account within 50 minutes. He then doublechecked all security settings and made sure her account was locked down tight so this won't happen again. Totally worth the $95 for such a quick and safe resolution to have my mom back on her page in no time. Thank you Aaron!
