The many positive reviews of hacked.com convinced me to give them a try when my account was hacked 3 weeks ago, and now I'm happy and grateful to add my own stellar review to their collection! It took 4 calls and we had to try a few things, but Christian eventually managed to help me get back into my account. I never would have known what to do and what my options were on my own! It is also very important that once I was back in, he helped me kick out the hacker who was still in the account. The company's costumer service was also excellent, so I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with hacked accounts.

Sadly Meta has created a complicated mess of MFA and User/Pass login methods that they clearly do not test for. Hacked.com solved my problem within minutes. Great service! Oh my. I have never dealt with such a friendly, competent honest company. They don't try finagle anything, their pricing is up front and incredibly inexpensive. I talked with Christian E. and he was amazing: someone hacked my Facebook account, even with TFA, and he was able to get me all my pages and info back within 50 minutes. Very kind and patient. It's difficult to put your trust in an online company when you've been hacked. But I had read about hacked.com in a magazine and set up an appointment and could tell by their professionalism they were legit. I worked with Christian and he didn't waste any time helping me to take the initial steps to try to regain my fb account. He even checked in with me via email. It did take about 3 weeks to finally hear back from FB, but once I did I had Christian assist me so I wouldn't make any errors and then he also made sure there wasn't anything new or nefarious added to my account. I thought their fees were reasonable and it was definitely well worth it. Hacked.com is a company I would recommend.
