I’m beyond thankful for the services of Hacked.com. You would think in 2023, Meta/Facebook would have a customer service department…I was in for a rude awakening. My account that I had deactivated in 2015, because delete wasn’t even an option at that time, was somehow reactivated (!!!) and began posting highly inappropriate content. I was distressed, mortified, and baffled. Like a ghost from the past had come back from beyond. Thankfully, Jessica and Hacked.com were there for me and helped me get the account closed. Until Meta gets its act together (not gonna hold my breath), this is the only service you should use and trust. They know what to do, are budget friendly, and refreshingly professional.

It took 4 calls. I was ready to give up but Jessica kept finding new ways to try to get me access to my Facebook back. I cannot believe I'm back in my account. I will be recommending them to everybody I know who is on Facebook.

Loosing access to FB made me feel violated and at a loss of contact from family, friends, and business. Hiring Hacked.com was scary because I felt like I was hiring a hacker to help me, but working with Aaron Weaver gave me hope when I had little. Aaron had a calm patience and seemed as determined as I was to recover my account which was disabled. After recovering, he also helped me to change the settings to prevent anything from happening again. I highly recommend Hacked!

My account was hacked and I was unable to get into it or anything else. Within a half hour they had my problem fixed!

My Facebook account was hacked and then permanently deleted. I did not know if it was recoverable. My account is not only used to keep up with family and friends. I also use it to help manage my church's and a local fire department's page. Getting it restored very important to me. I was skeptical to use hacked.com.
