Hacked.comReviews of hacked.com

I lost my FB page for a week. A friend from high school asked for my number, then sent me a code to send back to her and to verify. 5 mins later I was locked out of FB. Spent a week trying to keep the hacker from duping all my friends. We have a lot fans from our band connections on there. Christian from hacked.com fixed what FB would not. Thank you! There are good people in this world. Perry Robertson

I had an amazing experience with hacked.com! I have a small business and my Facebook account was hacked right before the busy Holiday season which was very stressful! Aaron was able to help me get my account back up and running quickly and even helped me lock down my account for the future. I would definitely recommend using hacked.com over any other service out there!!

Best customer support I've had, hands-down. Spring for the high-tier service, it was worth every penny. Solved my problem and taught me a thing or two I didn't know, extremely professional. I will return here if I ever need it, and you can bet I'll recommend their services to friends who need it.

These folks are solid. Worked in IT for first half of my career and finance for the second. Greg, the resource who I worked with, was so competent and effective that I found myself asking what other things he might be able to help with. I was not expecting such competency. A couple of suggestions though. Follow directions. That's very important. Be patient. Facebook support is the single most incompetent group of people on this planet. It will take time, a lot of time even, to get results. Just be patient. Let these folks do what they do best. They'll sort you out. Just be assured that you have some of the most competent people out there helping you. For sure.

I can't thank Hacked.com, specifically Aaron, for helping me sort through a nightmarish hacking experience. He guided me through the prompts and helped me secure my data/social channels as preventative measures for future predators. Really appreciate all the help and patience. 5-stars for service and support!

Aaron Weaver is a lifesaver!! My Facebook was hacked last week & the culprits were able to add an email, remove my phone number and add two factor authentication in a matter of minutes. It took only one 50 minute session for Aaron to get me back control of my account. He walked me through the steps with patience and made sure my account was secure before we logged off. It was an easy process to set up the appointment and have Aaron log on to my devices to assist me. If I could give Hacked.com more than 5 stars, I definitely would! I have already raved about your company to several of my friends & family.

Thank you so much for helping me recover and secure my Facebook account, which was hacked last week. Aaron Weaver was very helpful, informative and fast! He didn’t make this grandmother, who knows very little about technical things, feel stupid! I have already referred your company to three of my friends who are also facing challenges with Facebook. It is so good to know there is a company that is trustworthy and informative to help people like me! I certainly will continue to refer your company and I will use you again, if I have any other problems that I need help and guidance with. Thank you so much for making my nightmare end and for helping recover my valuables from a hacker!

I was able to schedule a call the same day I requested. The session was handled via Zoom so I was aware of all that was being done to correct my account. Aaron was able to find I was hacked right away. He walked me through the steps to get my account back and more secure than before. He was patient and answered all questions I had. Aaron made sure I understood everything before concluding our call. I would definitely recommend Hacked.com to handle any security issues you may have with Facebook.
