I had my FB account hacked. I got booted off of FB as my email no longer was associated with my FB account. This happened to my son last year with his business accounts and of course FB did nothing to assist him. I was pretty devastated as I communicate with my friends and family through FB and chat and after hearing of my son's experience, I felt there was no hope. Thankfully, I was reading on a site, where many were complaining of their lost efforts with FB whilst in the same situation as I. I then saw someone post that their friend had had some assistance from Hacked.com. So, I did my homework, and found that they had excellent reviews. The price for assistance was also reasonable. I thought that I would give them a try. I cannot tell you how wonderful they were!! My husband and I were assigned to Christian and he worked us through the very long process of reinstating me into my account. Christian was patient, gave easy to understand instructions and was a joy to work with. What I liked, was that I was able to see and speak to Christian through zoom. When one is feeling vulnerable, it was fantastic to be able to tangibly see the person who is assisting, as you become very mistrustful. Anyway, the end result, is that I got reinstated into my account. Thank you to Hacked.com and particularly Christian for assisting us. I cannot more highly recommend this company. Legitimate hackers! Who would have thought??

Blown away! My Facebook account of 18 years was hacked a few months back. My email was changed, 2 FA was set to a different number, it was awful. I was able to get it back, but then the hackers managed to get back into the account. I eventually thought it was a lost cause, and I let it be for over a month and a half. I heard about Hacked.com and took a peek at the website and figured I'd give it a shot. I was surprised that I was able to get a same day consultation. Greg Franklin hopped on Zoom with me, walked me through everything and within 15 minutes I had my account back.
