Service was really fast. Glasses are top quality and I can tell how they help my eyes. I spent 10h on average on front of my computer.

First off : Aesthetics of the product I chose. 2: performance, my friend let me use his one night while on a long session on COD ,and they shined !

It said that the shipping would have no taxes, but they were half the price of the glasses.

These frames and lenses are outstanding in every way. I ordered the Vertex frames with Amber lens tint and Natural focus (who would ever but "Gunnar focus"???). I wear these all day, they are comfortable and prevent migraines. I even started wearing these at night to see if they helped with the awful blue laser headlights. They really do, no more glare or headlight migraines! The amber lenses do not darken the field of view hardly at all even at night. I'm getting a second pair so i can keep on in my car. I can't recommend these enough.

Most of the experience was great. The CS rep who emailed back and forth with me was prompt and helpful. The time it took to get my glasses made sense. Ordering and the website are intuitive and good. As soon as I confirmed my order I started receiving at least one email a day regarding deals about purchasing pairs of glasses. Early black Friday deals specifically. Now, I paid full price for my glasses. I'm not a baby. I know sometimes sales happen after you place an order. The company doesn't owe me any kind of sale price on my purchase or anything. It was bad luck. Did they have to bombard me with email, after email, after email regarding these sale prices and offers on new pairs of glasses when I didn't even have the glasses I ordered in hand yet?! Seems like a bit of an oversight. My recommendation would be to delay the email blasts until after the ordered items have shipped.
