The glass is very comfortable
The glass is very comfortable. Sometimes I forget I have it on. The only annoying aspect is the reflection. At night, I can see a reflection from my monitor in the corners of the lens. It’s the first I’m experiencing this because it doesn’t happen with my prescription glasses. It can be very distracting. It frightens me at times making me think someone is behind me. Apart from that I have no other complaint. They make my eyes feel wonderful.

I love my gunnar glasses
I love my gunnar glasses! I've bought 3 and these are the only prescription glasses I'll ever buy! They really do keep my eyes less dry, and I like the look of them. I own the amber and the blue tint sunglasses. One pair, the screws for the nose pads were sharp so if you adjusted the glasses up they would scrape the skin. This has been the only complaint I would have.

Bad customer support
I received the wrong prescription for my glasses and so far the support experience has been really poor. I tried email the prescription department and haven't heard back in over a week. The general support team has provided no support beyond redirecting me to the Rx team. (comments based on reply -- The support team did respond on June 2nd, but the prescription department did not. All the support team said was to submit a claim to the prescription department. In a separate response on June 3rd, the support team responded again. This time they said to contact the prescription department, but I have yet to hear from the prescription department.)

Love them
Love them, I was having strain on my eyes playing games, dryness, and fatigue were stopping me from enjoying games. I’d also start getting headaches. I’ve been using these for the last week and all that seems to have gone away.
