Bothlenses for my rx glasses were off, all the paper work said they knew what it was supposed to be but it's off anyway. Also they seriously harassed the crap outta me for a review. I wish I want to lenscrafters

Placed order 6/6 for my daughter. Finally received glasses 7/5. They are someone else's glasses! The other person's personal information is in the box with the glasses. I sent an email within 30 minutes of receiving the item. I have not received a response yet! I tried waiting until someone contacted me this morning before leaving this review. I really love my glasses and talked my daughter into ordering a pair. She's extremely frustrated and needs new glasses to stop her headaches. I tried to give Gunnar a chance to respond and make this right before placing a review but the lack of response has me fuming. Order #232176

i discovered gunnar years ago and didn't have the means of getting anything from them at that time. having recently purchased from them i have to say that i am definitely pleased with my glasses and will be more than willing to purchase from them in the future. i got the enigma frames with precription lenses and they are so lightweight i forget that i am wearing them. to me the amber tint is barely noticeable, and i also got transition lenses which work beautifully. all in all? i give this company and product 10 out of 10.
