Excelente Product

These Vertex computer glasses are great! I am no longer going blind looking at imagery all day long.

These blue-blocking reading glasses are functional, stylish, and incredibly effective.

The glasses arrived just as expected about a month ago. My son wears them at school while working at the computer. So far the headaches he was having before the glasses have seemed to decrease. Overall they are a nice quality for the price.

Overall a bad experience. I found the pricing was not very clear since I live in Canada. First, there was a promotion going on for exactly my set of glasses but it was not well-placed on the website and there was no prompt when I was at check out. I only saw the promotion after my order was processed and confirmed. So that is not great - I missed out on the promotion. Then, more significantly, I was surprised to see that I would be paying far more than I thought I would be. The shipping prices (to Canada) are exorbitant for the small and light weight package that one set of glasses takes, especially when considering duty charges on top of that. When I e-mailed customer service to complain I had to try three times, and 2 days after my third attempt I finally got a response which said there is nothing they can do other than to return the glasses and I would get a refund, except for the $30.00 USD in shipping, so that would be thrown away money. I don't even want the glasses now. I tried the glasses on and there is a slight blur. Not terrible but still perceptible. I tried cleaning them and there is no scuffing but I still find them to create a slight reduction in acuity. So having paid too much for them, now I likely won't even be using them.

I love them! Though it did take a while for my glasses to arrive, they were everything I anticipated. Quality product.

Giving 4 stars because I love my lens and it came out well ordering online. But the lack of information being sent as it is in lab is hard to deal especially being in Canada waiting 1 month for the order and no tracking information is sent. Just some little updates would be nice.
