I got wraparound frames but the pupillary distance was not compensated for the curvature of the frame so I can only see through basically the part of the glasses within a cm of the bridge. It’s ridiculous that they can claim expertise and not have considered that they needed to correct the prescription for how the frame actually fits. Now I have to pay to return them under warranty. Also, they never responded to my emails and the customer service number for RX orders goes straight to voicemail and nobody returned my call. I had to select the option for non RX and they transferred me to someone who could actually help.

My father kept saying that I’d have to get only the frames then get the lenses through my optometrist but when i noticed gunnar did things i went from the frames. Noticing that they had lenses i said screw it and got them, so far other then the rubber pads for the nose they’re great.
