Frames arrived in advertised delivery window, which is nice. Order confirmation email came after two ad emails a day or two after I placed the order which is a bit off putting. The glasses are solid, good frame, a but heavier than my first pair (MLG Phantom). My main issue and reason for the 3 star: bent arm and Bose piece is crooked on receipt. This is a brand new pair of glasses, in a pristine package, and even the shipping box was completely sound, yet one of the arms is bent and the nose piece is crooked. That's not ok, and if I wasn't able to bend the arm back and adjust the nose piece it would have been an immediate return. The reality crazy thing is my original pair had similar issues years ago when I first bought them, but I waived it off as I picked it up from an optometrist. Improve that QA please, these things aren't cheap.

Easy to use website, I play video games for hours and my eyes to have some strain to them. Bought a pair to see if they really help

I would have liked an estimated delivery date or shipping date with the order confirmation.

I received my Cruz today and I was excited to see the difference the glasses made while I was on my computer! I was skeptical but am now a believer! I highly Recommend Gunnar Optiks for your computing needs and anything dealing with harmful Blue light to your eyes.
