There's nothing else to say. Bought a month ago, promised multiple times the item had been shipped and still don't have it in my hand. The amazing part? This company is headquartered like 35 minutes from my house...

Didn’t receive the model I ordered

Work great. If you wear prescription glasses get those. Trying to fit them over glasses doesn’t work so well. Wish they had clip ons. They Enhance the color quality of all screens by blocking the blue light. Wish the hinges were spring loaded. They do what they say they do very effectively.

I’ve sent two emails and left two voicemail messages requesting an RMA# and no one has responded to me. I understand that you are likely down workers right now but you had no delay in taking my money - I think 1.5 weeks is more than enough time to respond to an email or voicemail.
