Paid $30 dollars for the over night shipping. Ordered it early Saturday morning(I know their business days are Mon.-Fri.) So it should have got sent out Monday and should have arrived Tuesday. It didn't get sent out until Tuesday and we received it Wednesday. And we didn't receive an item we ordered.

Very easy to order and shipping was first class.

I have recently bought the Intercept model with reactive lenses. Packaging is great, and the actual build of the glasses is quite sturdy. A little on the heavy side since I'm already accustomed to really light frames from Oakley. The blue light blocking properties of the lenses are exceptional and help a lot on long working nights. My only complaint is that the lenses are easily scratched, even when cleaning them with the appropriate microfiber cloth provided.

I ordered two pairs of computer glasses from Gunnar, neither of them prescription. One pair arrived brand new and it its protective packaging. The other arrived in nothing but its box. Those glasses had obviously been worn before/defective as they were set (or broken) to be completely crooked. I have called Gunnar's customer service line several times over the last two weeks leaving my name, order number, and phone number on their voicemail each time so that I could get a replacement issued. Have yet to hear back from anyone in Gunnar's customer service division.

This is the second time I've gone to GUNNAR for computer/gaming glasses, and they arrived again earlier than expected! Very surprising with the shipping problems caused by Covid-19. They were packaged very well, so even the box the glasses were in was in great condition.

I don't know if they're good or not. I missed the delivery period and now they are at their shipping facility. Due to covid-19 and whatnot I will probably not be picking them up. Oh well. Good waste of 60 dollars.
