Super comfortable glasses

I was optimistic... I sent an email inquiring about which glasses have a wide fit, the response never came and a week later I decided to order what I thought would be wide fit computer glasses. They fit tight and I can only wear them for a little bit. I think the lens are great they do help but I wish I would have received a response for the email I sent so that I could have made the right choice.

The glasses arrived quickly, in a secure box, in a really nice soft cloth bag, and are awesome! From the first time I put them on, I could tell a difference in eye strain. The fit is perfect. The weight is just right. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Good glasses, but their customer service is nonexistent, so make sure you get the right ones if you do order from then. Otherwise, make sure you give it a month to hear back from them. I heard back 20 some days later telling me they'd issue my refund, they were very nice and apologetic which is good. I was supposed to get an exchange but after 3 weeks of them having my glasses I figured I'd never get the new pair back.

Fantastic love them!

I ordered these glasses after several coworkers recommended them, and I'm happy they did. As soon as they came in, I tried them out for a few minutes, then took them off and looked at the screen again. I was shocked how much of a difference they made. The only downside is now my girlfriend is jealous so I have to buy a second pair for her!

I am trying to return glasses I purchased so I sent an email last Wednesday and have not heard back. Today I tried to call numerous times, and it brings me to a voicemail. It’s unbelievable that this company is able to take my money and send a product out the door, but the customer service is next to nonexistent. Please get in touch with me before I start spreading negative reviews all over, urging people NOT TO PURCHASE FROM GUNNAR. I thought this company was legitimate.
