The glasses fit my teenager great and…
The glasses fit my teenager great and he says his eyes feel better so that's really all that matters! Shipping was fast and I think the price was great for the quality of the glasses.

Shipped of the wrong eye power glass without approval. Now wouldn't even reply back to the email.

No cleaner included
No cleaner included, glasses get smudged very easily and without this they are a bit tricky to clean

I bought two pairs of the gaming…
I bought two pairs of the gaming glasses. One for my 13yr old son and one for myself. His was for gaming and mine was for reading/computer. He's been wearing his since we received them. He says it makes the games look clearer. I've been using them on the computer as well. Seems to be less eye strain, because when I take them off, the brightness of the screen hurts my eyes. Another unexpected BIG PLUS was that they arrived 2 days before the delivery date.!

You sent me lenses wipes for glasses I dont even have yet and never provide an updated time for the glasses arrival nor a potential shipping code. Order was marked as delivered by your company so I can only pray now that I get the glasses I spent three hundred dollars on. ---- Was reached out to by customer service, received glasses but one lense is so warped it causes massive discomfort until you subconsciously ignore it

Hi Oscar, We apologize for the confusion! When you purchase accessory items or non-prescription glasses alongside prescription pairs you will get everything but the prescription glasses separately. Our system does at that point mark your order as complete, but will update to "Rx Completed" once your prescription glasses ship from our lab. We apologize for not making this more clear, and we are currently working on an alternate way to do this so that this confusion does not happen again. With that being said, it looks like you received your Rx glasses on 5/28, and we hope they were worth the wait! Thank you, Team GUNNAR
