Tried to get an RMA, they never gave me one after I sent the order number. Its been over a week. I even called and left voice-mails multiple times. Horrible service.

They came quickly and fit comfortably, and I noticed an ease of eye strain the moment I put them on. They really help when I'm working at my computer, the tint helps make the screen more comfortable to view, the blue light filter and the magnification keep me from getting headaches. My computer use has much improved thanks to these great glasses!

Lets start with the glasses i received first. I got the glasses in 3 days, good delivery time right, however i opened the box, the glasses look USED??? They are filthy and have like sweat or something on them with multiple scratches on it and are blurry when you look through them. Customer Service now; I had to attempt to contact them on every way of communication they have (calling, which is useless btw always voicemail, never call back, email same thing they never reply, best shot is catch the little support box on their website which is on their website only like twice a week) to get my reimbursement for the awful glasses and each time they promise to send the glasses they never send the glasses like come on I am getting sick of this. They literally said they would send in 2 days and the lady would reply to my ticket with tracking info and guess what she never emailed me. And of course they never respond to my follow up email. This is by far the most frustrating experience i have had with any sort of customer service. They responded to me after a week in a half and said they will personally make sure it gets delivered in two days and i will get tracking info in one day, although i never got tracking info and they obviously didn't reply to my request for it I did eventually get the package three days after they said. Took them a whole month to send me the replacement pair when they promised 5 days max the first time. Use Amazon its a %1000 more reliable than these guys.

Glad I ordered them. Best purchase I've made. Reduces eye strain, and you don't even realize how much your eyes strain staring at a screen 14hrs a day until you've tried these glasses. The dramatic impact it has made in considerably reducing the amount of stress and tension I felt is well worth what I paid for them. I will be ordering a second pair to keep at home so I can be sure to always have them available when I'm in front of a screen.
