I ordered a pair of glasses in April, and it's now June and they've completely fallen apart. At £163 , i am very disappointed in the quality. They feel very frail and cheap, similar to £5 glasses from Tesco. Sadly I was forced to pay an additional 100 pounds for the import fee even tho I ordered from the UK site, this hidden charge was appalling.

it was a great experience except that I kept finding frames that I really liked and they were completely sold out with no option to order and wait for stock or to get a notification when they would be back in stock. I really wanted the Muir frames with the Clear Pro lenses, but did not have that option available to me.

Negligent shipping and holding my €300 refund hostage. I placed a €300 order a while ago, and it never arrived. It turns out this company lacks the mandatory permits required to ship prescription eyewear to private individuals. Despite claiming they "had no idea" about this basic regulation, they negligently shipped the package anyway. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. Even though the package was rejected entirely due to their own legal ignorance and logistical error, they still haven't given me a refund. €300 is a lot of money, and they are keeping it due to their own incompetence. They were supposed to answer me yesterday, but I have heard absolutely nothing. Do not trust this company. Terrible service, zero accountability, and they will keep your money! Avoid at all costs.

Je reviens ici pour modifier mon avis suite à mon échange avec le support gunnar français au téléphone j'ai réussi à trouver le vrai numéro car celui fourni par Alma était invalide. Suite à cet échange la personne a pu retrouver ma commande et à fait le nécessaire pour la restaurer et ainsi que je puisse être livré je le remercie et j'espère que d'autres client n'auront pas à vivre cet expérience. Je tiens à préciser que j'ai fait remonter l'info pour le numéro de téléphone et la personne m'a confirmer qu'il avait changer de numéro mais cependant ne l'avais pas communiquer à Alma ce qui va être rectifier suite à cet erreur.

I got the tera’s in my prescription with the 35 UV lense protection. When I tell you these returned my confidence in glasses that I’d never expected before. These look way better than my old prada frames, and the Blue Light protection is definitely going to be a must soon with school on the way and long hours in front of the computer.
