GUNNAR OptiksReviews of gunnar.com

There was an initial shipping issue that was resolved satisfactorily. The glasses are great! I am very happy that the glasses function as advertised, fit well, and look good. I have reccomended Gunnar optiks to several of my co workers and friends.

Great glasses. They have really helped stop my eyes from drying out during gaming sessions.

Customer service is top notch! Unfortunately I still haven't received my order from 2/12 so I can't rate the product. My order went smooth and was shipped out quickly, but according to USPS tracking it never actually made it to the post office for shipping and shows it is still at the facility. I reached out to customer support and was very quickly met with a sincere apology and a replacement order to be shipped 2/26 via FedEx two day shipping with arrival no later than 3/2 (due to the weekend). Delivery was pushed back to 3/5. It didn't leave the fedex hub until 3/6 at which point they removed a delivery date and the package has not turned up at any other hub. Of course this is through no fault of the company and their customer service rep was extremely professional and kind during interactions. I do desperately need the product though so I may unfortunately have to cancel my order and buy elsewhere.

I did not like the style and color of the glasses. I send an exchange request email and send it back to the address which is for returning on Feb,16. Now it is March 9th. Send a second email with no response at all. Eventually, I got the glass on Match 12th. No glass box and valentines box.

Really like these glasses, purchased a 20$ pair glasses from another company and there was a bad glare in the lenses. These have no glare at all. My brother and dad also bought a pair after they tried mine out!

I love my Emissary frames. This is my third pair of Gunnar eyewear and is well worth the money spent!!

They didn’t get delivered... sitting at some random post office and I can not leave post to get them due to covid

Thank you for the blue light blocking glasses I ordered for my grandson. They are exceptionally well made and now we feel better knowing he has the protection he needs for his eyes. Delivery was quick and I really appreciate the great way you packaged the glasses to ensure that they arrived in good condition. Will be returning again. As an after thought, we checked the lens with a special blue light tester, and found that no light came through the lens. So you can feel confident that these lens are as good as advertised.
