GUNNAR OptiksReviews of gunnar.com

My Gunnar eyeware arrived early, the packaging was very secure and inviting, and it looks exactly like the simulated “try-on.” I am very pleased with the high quality of Gunnar eye protection. This is my second pair and it will not be my last!

The order process was easy, as the description information was complete and succinct.

I checked the one day shipping, however it charged/ordered ground shipping. Not a huge deal but I went back and looked and it won't update when I try it again. Not sure if this is a touch. Excited for the glasses though.

I sent two frames in to have new rx lenses installed. identical (though different vintage) gunnar frames. I paid for one and followed up immediately with an email to arrange to pay for the second since that wasn't an option on the website. Weeks and weeks of waiting a week at a time to get a reply from support only to have glasses that are the wrong lens color and so hyper-reflective that I cannot see through them for the reflections on the inside - they simply present at though I'm trying to look through filthy glass (they've been cleaned over and over.) And again radio silence on support.

Just PERFECT <3

Fab service and really good quality. Shipped really quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

The first attempt to buy them got my credit card charged immediately, but the website prompt an error on my postal code. This lead to me having to check with them to remove the charge, Next day, the charge was no longer in my card and I redid the order. I'm still waiting on the glasses to arrive with my prescription.

I ordered a pair of readers in 3.0 power. they were too strong. I wanted to return and exchange them, and while i struggled with getting some help on the website (it actually is easy if I would have paid attention!) and ended up getting personalized help from Terry. Great help and I ended up exchanging and with help from Terry, bought two pair that were better for my eyes and were on SALE! Good experience and I'll buy again. Have had a pair of GUnnar readers for 10 years and work all day on a computer. Very little if any eye strain! Great glasses for those that work on computers!
