Unable to contact FEDEX shipping. They did not send me the necessary documents and do not respond. It is also impossible to enter your profile on their website. A very negative experience and the distance that it happened, the package is in the country, but I can’t get it because of such a service

I still didn't get my order , it is already 8 days. Only today it was shipped. I have to ask customer service about this issue. I don't know about quality, previous pair I should return because of magnificence 0.2 (i didn't know that) and eyelash marks on the lenses.

Customer support was extremely fast and was able to change out the lenses I chose before it was shipped.

ORDER #3164 I did not have a great experience today because I submitted the request with my info to join in the GUNNAR website and I was sent the “Welcome Code” to use on my first order. However, when I tried to use the code… the system would NOT recognize the code. I tried multiple times with no success. After I moved forward with the order, I wrote an email to GUNNAR Support. At this time, I have not received a response. My email stated the following: “GUNNAR Rep - I am wringing because I tried to use the code listed in the Welcome email below but the system/website would not recognize the code listed below (WELCOME20NP). I did process my order since I did not want to miss the purchase of there 2 glasses I'd like to request help with using this % off code. Thank you, .: DF ” I would love to hear how I can be reimbursed for the system not recognizing the code GUNNAR sent me. I feel this is false advertising to lure customers to your website by providing a discount code and then forcing them to pay full price.

My experience with Gunnar and Customer Service Representative Terry A., in particular, was outstanding. Terry responded promptly and professionally and was clearly a subject matter expert. Terry understood my question and provided an answer that was right on point, and supported it with a real-life example. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The products are outstanding in their own right, but when you couple that with exceptional customer service, there is no reason to waste your time looking at alternatives to Gunnar Optiks! Chris D.

Absolutely amazing glasses. Got a regular sunglasses and gaming computer pair and both are exactly what I needed, plus the delivery was super fast! Wasn’t expecting them for at least another week

Got the limited edition St. Jude's Vertex frames. Not only do they look very sharp and protect my precious eyes from the harmful effects of blue light as well as UV, but half the proceeds go to the children's hospital. So you can feel good about donating to a great cause

Purchased Moba Razor edition. Beware of this model. The lenses seem to be defective. The corners of each lens have chipped. It was hard to notice at first but now it is very apparent. I've had these just a little over a year. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Update on the review above. Gunnar has outstanding support and did make good on the issue above.
