What makes this company great is that I've worn the metal Aviator 65 lens for 5+ years, and only after they fell off my shirt (and got stepped on...) did I need to seek out a new pair of glasses. The quality control and material quality of this brand is why I came back, and why I prefer GUNNARs over Ray Bans!

I have a pair of Gunnar 2.50 readers which work fine reading on the computer. The prescription glasses I then ordered are pretty much useless for reading from the computer and don't really do anything for me as regular glasses. I wasted my money.

I’m still waiting to get my prescription glasses fixed. Emailing back and forth with a 3-5 day delay between responses is absurd. This could have been fixed with a five minute conversation. There is no way to contact Gunnar via phone or chat.

I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses. 1 with amber and 1 with amber max. After waiting a week for them to verify the prescription I wanted and then what seemed like another week, they finally shipped. The problem is that they both have the same amber lenses and not 1 amber and 1 amber max. I emailed the support team so we’ll see what happens. I would hate to have to dispute my charge because I didn’t get what I paid for.

The website has good photos and descriptions but is not organized well which makes navigating a back and forth process. I’d recommend putting each model’s description and specs together so they can be viewed at once. The children’s models should be more clearly grouped and identified. It was not obvious as I scrolled that a oarticular model was still under the child category. It was frustrating to go back and forth especially when I was not familiar with any of your glasses.

Glasses came, but unable to use them as is. Talking to Gunnar is taking almost a month and all they do is transferring my messages person to person and keep asking the same questions. I guess they are waiting for 120 day warranty term to expire so they don't have to fix them. Bought many pairs from them and starting last year they have the same issue again. This was my last pair from them. Really sorry it has to go that way, but I really tried to work with them hard enough. Bye Gunnar.
