We have used Guideline for over 5 years now, and have always been really happy with the service. The best thing I can write about Guideline is that it is easy to use. Guideline integrates with Gusto, which handles our payroll. The amount of work we need to do to maintain our 401(k) plan and add/remove employees is nearly non-existent. The system works seamlessly with Gusto to handle all of that for us. In addition, by leveraging Vanguard plans, we feel like we keep more of our money. I strongly recommend Guideline to other businesses regularly, and I am happy to do so in this forum as well.

Guideline is easy to use and has so many great funds to choose from. Everything is easily managed online. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use via web, easy to upload data and update employees. Good reminders to let us know when certain dates need action. Meaningful reports on status of employee accounts. Quarterly reports emailed out to employees. Compliance checking is straightforward. Employees can check and update their own data. Employees that leave can transfer their funds or cash out.

EASY TO USE. Everything is on your dashboard, it is easy and information is up to date daily.

We are very happy with Guideline. It interfaces nicely with Gusto, leaving us minimal work, and the fund offerings are varied and good.
