I like the way Guideline keeps me up to date on 401K news. The dashboard is extremely user friendly, and allows me to review monthly contributions. I applied for a loan, and the process was simple, and the approval and receipt of funds was fast.

Simple, easy to manage 401K, with great funds and easy user interface, for both managers and employees. My ONLY complaint is the addition of user fees a couple of years ago, after we had set it up. After years of promoting themselves as not charging users, they apparently - and with minimal warning - reversed their position on this. And yet, still a great low-cost option.
