I called customer support with some questions concerning a recent request I had submitted. The call center agent i spoke to was phenomenal making my experience with the company overall 5 star rated. He was patient, and thorough, I never felt rushed or like i was asking silly questions, he kindly looked into everything i asked him and even into a few things for me I didnt ask. He went above and beyond to reassure all my concerns and ended the call very kindly with a nod to my personal situation we had discussed, making the whole experience overall just 5 star above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company based on the experiences i have had dealing with the employees within.
