Guideline is a complete failure. They are inexperienced amateurs. Using Guideline led to an IRS audit that cost us thousands of dollars. Moving away from Guideline has costs us hundreds and Guideline continues to try to charge us. We recently received an invoice from Guideline because we asked them to fix a mistake that THEY MADE two years ago. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend them at all. They are very misleading and unethical. Worst customer service, and representatives cannot answer simple questions. It was a total waste of my time and money to deal with them. Run away from them

Absolutely terrible, do not subscribe or you'll regret it. They keep charging me after I have already terminated the agreement with them. Worst experience ever....

The service is basic, but if you ever want to leave it is a nightmare. They continue to charge you fraudulently and have terrible support. Stay away!!

Worst plan administrators i have worked with, total disregard for policy guidelines and mis-guide customers to sign up with out following rules and jeopardise their investments and 401k plans.

Atrocious product and support. The product doesn't complete basic requests and has many bugs. I've had over 1000 dollars tied up in their system. Apparently, I can't access it because of a "bug" that has been going on over 2 weeks, yet they feel comfortable continuing to charge. Seriously, this is such a crappy startup product and if anything breaks they will NOT help you. Don't bother unless you absolutely can't afford anything else.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was hung up and told I received an email that I never did. They took $125 from my paycheck and in order to get it back I have to pay a $50 fee because their email failed to get to me. They didn't care and had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. I will continue investing in my other retirement programs and I recommend no one ever do business with this company based purely on the terrible customer service I've received. When I offered to show a screen shot that the email never reached me they basically implied I was lying and there's no way it could fail. My employer is going to refund me the fee which they shouldn't have to because the email wasn't their responsibility to send. I would go so far to say Guideline is a scam. I never even had an account set up with them or agreed to their Terms of Service before they were taking money from my paycheck.

Horrible service. Guideline has been nothing less than a nightmare to set up and maintain. They ask for the most obscure details from your previous 401k plan. Customer service provides little to no help at all.
