I initially worked with Michael who was absolutely friendly and respectful. This is a terrible situation for me and he was very patient with my questions and even emailed me a form my state DMV did not provide. My contact now is Danielle and she was really patient with all of my questions as well. My only negative is that installation took 6 hours! Apparently, the interlock facility was not given instructions for 2016 cars. So frustrating for me and the facility.

Although the company which installs these interlocks is about a mile away, I had to go through Guardian to speak to them and was on hold for awhile. I then had to drive to a company across town to get the thing installed due to the shop's scheduling. Not bad, just frustrating. I did this to myself though so it is what it is...
