She was al ays very pleasant on the phone. Her experience and customer service skills are above and beyond. It was a true pleasure conducting business with her.

The customer service representative was courteous, professional and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and familiar with her product and policies. I was able to get in the next day for install ... I had spoken to another company prior to this and their customer service was not nearly as pleasant and could not install until next week!!!

My service rep, David, was receptive to my concerns and went the extra mile to set up an appointment that fit with my schedule. He followed up multiple times and walked me through all of the steps necessary. Thank you.

Sandra was an amazing guardian representative who was there for me when I was going through so much trouble with my device. My car wad deemed a total loss after a driver crashed into my parked car earlier this month. I had to swap the device into a new car which was such a headache but Sandra was there to assist me when I needed her. She is so kind hearted and such did such a great job!!! Kudos to sandra!!! :)

My experience went smoothly. It did not take much time at all and everything was very easy to understand.
