Made things simple unlike most places

R technician was very knowledgeable

Stephanie went above and beyond to work with me and to get a hold of me with my busy schedule.

Servicing agent (Richmond Telematics in Melbourne FL) was fantastic! Superb customer service by Christine and a pleasure to work with. Got me in for an install the next day! The device itself could be more user friendly though. It's bulky, ugly, and the cycle time for warm up is way too long. Also, when it aborts because of a miscue in the testing process it takes way too long time to re-arm and during a rolling retest it's very distracting to the driver. This is a voluntary installation and it could be a little easier to manage the device.

Very Simple Service

Install went smooth, they reviewed proper use and had a short video to watch explaining how to use it properly! Highly recommended!
