Shana (think that's how you spell it) was absolutely great to speak with and made setting up my appointment and install account very easy. Many other customer service representatives should takes notes from her because she knocked it out of the park!!

I was greeted by a wonderful and caring staff member named Tawana. Step by step she helped me to understand what to do and gave me the best advice in handling the interlock system. I just had an amazing experience with Melissa in customer service at Guardian Interlock. She informed me of each and every charge that I was to expect so that I have no surprises when I go for my initial installation and was able to advise me as well about how to go about my future monitor appointments. Melissa spent literally an hour with me, answering all my questions - and I had a lot! - even telling me about things I didn't think to ask. When she needed to put me on hold, she checked in with me to let me know she was still there and just needed a few more minutes. She made sure to communicate what we discussed (pricing) with the service company doing the installation, took detailed notes and then followed up with a confirmation email to me. Melissa was professional yet treated me with great care and consideration. Thank you Melissa for making this very unpleasant, scary and financially draining situation as best as could possibly be!!!
