I called over a discrepancy with a charge and was I admit , very upset. But as soon as Jose got on the phone his immediate calming tone and easy going demeanor made me realize that i was over reacting . In this day and age of almost non existent customer service dealing with Jose was an absolute delight. I went from super upset to laughing and realizing what a jerk I was being after a short time on the phone with him, we need more people like this, and customer service clear straight to the point and the most calming person I’ve spoken with on the phone and sometime You got a real winner there !
