I was in a terrible mood (for obvious reasons) but the guy who installed my IID was very informative and took my attitude with a grain of salt. Even managed to make me feel a little better about the entire situation. His name is Kenneth Brogden and works at the Columbia branch.

EXCELLENT - FREE INSTALL CREDIT, I WENT ONLINE TO INQUIRE INFORMATION AND THEY CONTACTED ME RIGHT WHEN I HIT SUBMIT, I WAS SET UP WITH A LOCAL APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALL IN A MATTER OF MINS. THANK YOU!

easy peasy if u don’t drink!
no issues it’s easy to use and I don’t drink so barely an inconvenience edit: sometimes the “waiting” while it warms up can be frustrating especially if you live somewhere with hot months like Florida. sometimes it only takes 10 seconds sometimes it takes one full minute. Usually it’s quick. when it’s hot I usually just stand outside while I’m waiting so it doesn’t really bother me. So again, not a big deal! again, don’t drink and drive !!!!
