I chose a bathroom tile for my children’s bathroom and Tiffany gave me no indication - before giving me the actual quote - that this would be $12,000 for tile for a kids bathroom. If she had told me that, it could have saved us all time and energy in choosing tile. Once we finalized what we were purchasing, though, things were great.

We sincerely apologize for the gap in communication and the rough start. Thank you for your candor. You may be assured that it is heard and helps us develop our design consultants in heightening their service skills. We won't stop until we achieve the highest level!

We loved the selection and quality of tiles in stock and their customer service was top notch. The tiles looks beautiful in our restaurant and have been durable. After a year of heavy traffic it still looks new. Would definitely recommend as we are already a return customer.

First experience with GST was to buy tile for our sons new bathroom. Glenn was great. He knows his product, which is not found in big box stores. We returned to Glenn again in helping to do our two bathrooms in our new home and living area. All projects came out great!
