Carolyn was excellent! She had great advice and ideas and was patient with me while I made up my mind - so many choices! Tile is beautiful and service was great.

More than 5 stars should be awarded to the Garden State Tile store in Charleston SC, and to the designer, Catherine Lambert. The showroom's extensive displays and a broad range of tile selections eliminated any perceived need to shop around for other possibilities. Ms. Lambert offered terrific design advice and even researched (and found) an elusive color of tile to complement a granite counter. The entire process of selections was not only painless, but thoroughly enjoyable.

WOW - We would give you back 10 stars for this review if we could! Your enthusiasm of the experience shows in the above comments, and we can't wait to share them with Catherine so she can see how all her hard work made your process so painless and enjoyable. Please share the great news about our beautiful showroom with everyone and we will be looking forward to seeing you on the next project.

We worked with Tami Powers on a tile backsplash for our kitchen. She did an excellent job helping us chose the right tile. Thanks to Tami.

Great tile selection & Janet (our staff rep) was particularly knowledgeable & patient when offering us multiple options to better fit our plans. The design & purchase process was seamless. Delivery was also prompt & courteous with delivery crew confirming arrival (& keeping to it) as promised. Only issue was amount of tile needed was inaccurate & more tile needed to be purchased with resulting installation delays & unexpected additional cost in tile and second delivery. All in all, a solid 4 stars and I’d recommend Janet to everyone. Just double check your numbers.

Hi Frank - Thank you for the information on your experience with Janet. We normally try to confirm the quantities with the contractor or installer to ensure that this does not occur since we can't foresee any issues on site that might cause shortages. We will make sure to cover this with all Team Members. We are happy to hear that everything else went smoothly especially with the delivery.

LAURA K.
Nice showroom and beautiful choices. I have been going here for years. Although my jobs have not been large ones, I am continually treated as if I was spending a lot on big, upscale construction projects - all customers are treated well. I have been in tile stores where the staff has not been very interested in helping me because my tile requirements were small. Very helpful and professional staff.

Thank you Laura for the continued business through the years. We love hearing that our customers continue to see us on all their projects an appreciate your support. We are happy that you receive consistent great service on every visit.
