We stopped in the store and was helped several times by Michelle. We even got some samples to help us make up our minds; some being sent to our home. We were not rushed and eventually bought our tiles that we picked up at their warehouse when the order arrived, along with grout. All employees we had contact with were helpful and professional.

We love that every GST employee was so helpful. We try to make sure that every employee understands what "concierge customer service" looks like and treats every customer as expected. Thanks for taking time to send the review.

The entire staff at Garden State Tile Philadelphia showroom where knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Correspondence was timely and most importantly we found tile options we love. We will go out of our way to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Sales people all very helpful and professional. The warehouse employee on the Saturday morning when I picked up my order was an absolute gentleman and professional. He was friendly, helpful and a complete positive reflection of GST. Unfortunately I do not recall his name but if I had a business I would recruit him.

We are so thrilled to hear that not only was the sales process great, but you took the time to mention our warehouse employee. They normally do not get any of the glory, so it is much appreciated and we will be sure to share with the location Operation Manager.
