Our experience with Garden State Tile…Happy with our new kitchen tile.
Our experience with Garden State Tile was great. We had a woman that helping us pick out the tile for our new kitchen. We have to say she did a fantastic job with what she told us would go with our cabinets and counter top. We were hesitant at first but decided to go with what she told us would work and we are so pleased we did, our new subway back splash and mosaic tile behind the stove is beautiful. The ones working in the back at the pickup counter are also very helpful. Would recommend Garden State to anyone looking for tile.

We had a 5 star experience with Garden State Tile! Having never purchased tile before, I walked into the showroom with only pinterest inspo pictures. The staff is so knowledgeable about the products and current trends. They walked us through the process and helped us make our tile selections. We received our proposal quickly and were very happy with the affordable prices. The tile was delivered on-time without any troubles. Now installed, our vision has come to life - all thanks to the team at GST!

Hearing that your vision came to life...and that you love it is why we spend so much time helping our customer through the process. We know our knowledge is invaluable to help make the process a little less stressful for you. Looks like we were able to do it at the 5 star level we aim for. Thanks for taking time to let us know how happy you are.

Bought tile grout from them (took almost 30mins for them to locate it), was never told I couldnt bring it back if it was the wrong one. Its listed at the bottom of the invoice in fine print. I inderstood that but when I bought it back, was told in an arrogant way that it was not returnable. It was drizzling outside and was told "its not returnable plus its wet so we cant take it back"....it was not wet at all it was dry bc I parked right in front knowing I didnt want it to get wet. There is certain way to approach it and she definitely lacked the ability to do so. Should def train them not to go on the offense and undermine the customer.

Our apologies for your experience regarding this transaction. I have searched our records and can only locate an order for some grout, but do not see any tile purchase that was made. Can you please contact me for some additional information so I can determine what went wrong with your experience. You can reach me at 609-505-0939 or my email address is [email protected] if you can provide me the order # for the material, I can look into it for some additional explanation. Thank you.

Working with Garden State tile was our best decision. Their inventory is top notch, and they took back the extra items we had left over. I would return to Garden State Tile for my next project.
