Great experience with Whitney. She was helpful and changes were not an issue. The guy loading my material found one item missing. This was handled quickly and I had the item the next day.

warehouse materials need to be double checked for flaws before releasing to customer (doesn't see flaws as well as a contractor). Description of materials on invoices needs better descriptions in case of exchanges / additions / returns. Otherwise, quite satisfied.
