Package arrived timely considering the time of year placed. Was packaged very securely with unmarked box. Haven't had the chance to setup and use as of yet but should be ready to use in around a month.

They sent me a broken rosin press. They would not allow me to return the broken press they sold me. Instead they made me send press back to the manufacture. I still don't have a press or my money back its been over a month. To their credit they did reach out and help with the return process and they do return calls and emails. They do not stand behind their sales when things go wrong and they will work over time to try and pass the buck.

Your review is a shock to us! You have a press. We are paying for it to be returned to the factory and instead of having it fixed and returned to you we agreed to credit you. We bent over backwards to help you out and went against our published policies. On 2nd thoughts once we get the press back we will refund your money as we think you will be better off purchasing a new one somewhere else. Good luck

Anthony and GLC did a great job for me with the M60 Rosin bomb. It shipped on a Sunday, when most other sellers couldn't get inventory. It showed up on Thursday, and by that night I had 15g of fresh smash. System works great as expected and I got great price, too. I'll be doing more business with them.

Ty for the great review Brian. I'm glad you were able to get to working the press right away. Let us know if there's ever anything we can help with. Cheers Anthony

So far service has been good and accurate. However the press sometimes is not responding to lowering the heat pad sometimes. It’s a serious safety hazard. Should I return this item? I have to unplug and plug back in to work sometimes. If my finger ever gets caught in it my finger will get destroyed. Am I missing something? Manufacturing defect
