Dates for orders are not accurate. No one answers the phone. My order never came in and I spent weeks waiting after the delivery date.

Ordered a replacement blade sheet for my Centurion Pro DBT1. Placed the order and successfully submitted payment. Shortly after, I received multiple correspondences stating that my shipping costs would be increased from the price I was quoted on my invoice, $9.97, to $97 for SHIPPING ALONE. The part is $83 and weighs 1, MAYBE 2 lbs. Its a flat plastic sheet that can rolled up into the size of a small poster. Found the same part, on sale, for $25 cheaper and FREE shipping. This is my one and ONLY experience I'll ever have with growlightcentral.com

First, I am very sorry for your experience. After 6 weeks of trying to reach you with you putting the phone down on me I have decided to do what I can to avoid these situations and will now stock most Centurion Pro parts so that I can control the shipping. I apologize for the previous exorbitant prices as I was trying to explain on our initial call - unfortunately we cannot control what shipping costs from the factory in Canada direct to you. If someone else sold it to you cheaper they were losing money or the part is not a genuine part. If you return my call I will let you know how I know that.

Hi Joseph. This is related to an order you placed but since we were not able to fulfil the order we discussed cancelling it with you. Review invitations are automated by Trust Pilot and we were not aware that cancelled orders were generating review invitations. We will work with our developers to rectify the issue. I ordered a rosin press and used the payment method they asked just for the company to decline that payment method (VISA) and they asked for a new method of payment (PAYPAL). I talked to someone with the company and the said its because I was flagged for fraud and I was scamming them! They stole my credit card info and now I have to cancel my cards. This company is not real and their reviews are all AI! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Edit: PayPal is another form of payment when i originally paid WITH MY VISA CARD. Didn't you ask me for paypal as a seperate payment method after you already took my VISA payment and that money hadnt even been returned yet? I have the email right here. This "company" doesn't even realize PayPal is a seperate method of payment. Fool me once, shame on you. There won't be a second time. And I was an innocent card holder and I tried to be a "customer". You didn't protect me from anything.

That's correct. Your order was flagged for fraud. We contacted you by email to try to resolve and then when you didn't reply we cancelled your order and the authorization on your cc. We explained that first of all it's impossible for us to get your cc # as it's encrypted. Also since we never captured your payment and then cancelled the authorization we didn't actually charge you. We do everything we can to protect victims of credit card fraud and that's why your order was rejected. Btw, we suggested that you could try Paypal if you want, we did not ask you for a new payment method. Sorry for the terrible inconvenience. If you will just discuss the transaction with your bank you will see that nothing was charged and no credit card # was captured.

Dedie, The factory has tried multiple times to get specific pics of the issue you're facing to determine if the machine is actually broken. I have also reached out to you. Please send in the required pics so we can get a resolution.

Hi Joseph. As explained through email and on our website we follow the manufacturer's return policy just like other reseller's of the same machine (and most equipment used in this industry). I am sorry the resolutions we provided were not acceptable to you.

Purchased an ROI E720 - great light. Only problems - light came with no owner's manual, no warranty information. Upon e-mailing you requesting this information to be sent to me I was offered an pdf , weblink or whatever you call to reference whenever I wanted information concerning my light , and no warranty information. I replied to that e-mail explaining I wanted what I paid for ( physical owner's manual) and again warranty information .. Instead I was called by "tony" , - I don't want to talk to anyone - I want just what I paid for. I sent another e-mail explaining I prefer e-mail communication - again I was called by "tony" -- Guess he missed "the customer is always right" in customer service class .. I had to resort to e-mailing the manufacurer and in ONE e-mail had what I wanted.. First time and last time customer
