this is like buying a ps 5 and getting a atari 2600 its old and outdated no phone app very hard to program make sure you want before buying you don't get much time to try before window to return is up. I was asked to change the rating because he didn't make the controller so for that I am changing it but still not happy I am stuck with something I hate because of a very short return window.

It took a while to get them. Longer than normal. After that you kept asking me to rate your performance almost a week before the product arrived so finish the job before you want a pat on the back

So far service has been good and accurate. However the press sometimes is not responding to lowering the heat pad sometimes. It’s a serious safety hazard. Should I return this item? I have to unplug and plug back in to work sometimes. If my finger ever gets caught in it my finger will get destroyed. Am I missing something? Manufacturing defect
