Placed two separate orders for plants, paid for each order, 1 in Feb, 2021, other end of March 2021. I was led to believe plants would ship, repeated delays and messages saying orders would ship soon. We normally have our plants in the ground on Memorial day in Minnesota and that was my deadline. Went to website and cancelled both orders, speedy refund but it was not the result I wanted, I wanted the plants in a timely manner which never happened. They have a great website but that's where it ends for this company...Adios Growjoy...

Plants just arrived 3 weeks later than when we normally plant here. One is broken. 5 are missing. I've placed two phone calls and two e mails about the missing bushes with no response back. These missing bushes cost almost $100.00 and I want my money back!!! Terrible customer service.

Placed an order back in February and was hoping to purchase San marzano tomatoes.out of stock in indiana (grow joy is in Berne indiana 43 miles from my location) I was told I could order starting March 19-no- out of stock. I was told I could order in April -no-out of stock. I cancelled my order.I PLACED AN ORDER WITH HIRTS GARDEN in Ohio,I placed my order on 4/30 and it arrived 5/3. I should give one star, or no star if possible. I ordered four lantana plants, a jalapeño, and a squash plant. I’m in Northern Nevada. I’ve ordered plants from various places over the years. If you don’t order early everything is out of stock, but every place I’ve ever ordered, until GrowJoy, looked at charts and didn’t ship until safe to plant. My plants got here before mid April and I had no good place to keep them inside so no choice except plant them. The jalapeño, squash, and two lantana didn’t survive the cold here. Two lantana look very bad but possibly survive. I have emailed GrowJoy to complain. I’ve called and can only get voicemail. I’ve left two phone numbers and a text number. I’ve received no response at all. I will never use or recommend them again.

They censor bad reviews on their site. Everything is 5 stars because they delete and drop anything that isn't at least four stars(and likely dump most of those)

I ordered many plants at the end of April 2020. I received some of the plants as scheduled. Some arrived either dead or barely alive. I contacted the customer service dept. and they asked me to send a pic of the dead plants. I did and received a credit. So far so good. Fast forward to June 1 when the rest of the plants were scheduled to be shipped. I have been calling them and there is no answer. I have emailed them and again no response. I have no idea if/when they will send the rest of the plants. Will cancel my order via my credit card if I don't hear from them by the end of the week! BTW, I have tried very hard to keep all the sickly plants alive. They are surviving but not thriving. Next year I will purchase what I need from the the nursery store near my home. Really not worth the headache and effort.

n't buy from this company unless you have a crystal ball that can predict whether a plant will die within 10 days of getting it. I ordered 3 Calobrachoa, a plant I have grown very successfully in the past. I planted all three immediately. One flourished, one is "hanging out" - not doing much and the third looked like it was struggling but might make it. After 2 weeks, it became clear to me that it wasn't going to make it. After I was able, with difficulty, get someone on the phone that had a pulse and a brain, I was told that it was outside their 10 day window for replacement. I had to take pictures, email them so they could decide. Several days later, I still hadn't heard anything. Back to the phone and another song and dance. I did finally get my money reimbursed because, of course, they no longer had the plants in stock. There are better companies to buy fr
