Shipping took forever and the planes were almost dead when they arrived. I reached out to them to see if we could find a resolution and never heard back. Will never order from them again

Plants don't arrive on time and are not healthy. I ordered in April and received a hydrangea last week. The plant was diseased with a fungus. I had to throw it away.

Well after 2 weeks of trying to contact these folks and giving ample opportunities to respond, they did not. I ordered 3 plants, 2 of which are doing well. One came in a fragile state and expired within 3 days. I inquired immediately bwo their online contact page as ell as through email. That said, I am very disappointed with their cistomer service and do not recommend this company at all. Currently an automated email is up as soon as you contact them bwo of email explaining they are busy and they will get back to you within 48 hours. Well, i gave it 4 amd still no response. I purchased these plants in good faith and expect good faith service. I don't recommend this company. All ya had to do is respond.

I ordered plants on 5/11/2020 and never received them. I have sent 3 different emails, called and left message. Still no response and no plants.

I ordered 7 plants from this company. Five of them came in good shape while two of them were broken in half upon arrival. I immediately emailed the company. I received a response 4 days later asking if I would like them reshipped, to which I replied that I would. Six days later I received another email stating my original tomato plant was no longer available. I responded with my alternative of choice. Four days later I received a reply stating my zucchini was now out of stock. I responded immediately requesting they mail the tomato as soon as possible and refund the zucchini which I decided to just get locally in the interest of time. Today (5 days from my previous email response) I received an email stating my tomato was now also unavailable. In total I have spent 19 days trying to get two plants I paid for with zero resolution. Suffice to say I WILL NOT be using this company in the future.
