I love the plants I ordered from GrowJoy! Healthy & beautiful!

Plants arrived on time, very healthy and look great. Would buy again.

I have ordered from GrowJoy twice now this year. Both times the plants arrived about 1 week after I placed the order. Both orders arrived healthy and packaged well. My first order was cherry tomatoes and cucumber plants. They went into pots around about 1 month ago and have grown so well - at least 10x their original size. We will be harvesting our first tomatoes in about a week. Today we harvested our first cucumber. I will definitely order again next year. I wish I could post photos because honestly, my words don't do the plants justice. They are amazingly healthy and big with a LOT of vegees coming soon.

Though the plants did arrive a week or two later than expected, my emails to customer service were promptly answered, they, like many other businesses have experienced delays due to lack of labor. My plants did arrive in amazing shape and have produced amazing vegetables all summer. Definitely some blips but I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I am an older person who by necessity orders most of my plants “online”. I have considerable experience with on line plant purchases. I was looking for a specific plant when I “stumbled” across Grow Joy. I ordered, the plants arrived in a timely manner, they were healthy and vigorous. Great experience all around, and VERY nice healthy plants. I highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY!! I have ordered from them for several years now and their plants ALWAYS arrive in excellent condition and are GORGEOUS! My garden continues to get raves due to the plants from GrowJoy! Now this year there were a few hiccups due to their new location and staffing but they worked really hard to remedy any problem that came up. I will continue to be a loyal customer and if you doubt my veracity please let me know and I will send FABULOUS photos of the plants growing in my garden!!

I placed a large order, my first one. I live in a very rural area and have to travel over 150 miles for plants so finding GrowJoy was great. Yes, I was impacted by the problems Joe expressed in the video. BUT the packages are ingenious and no damage. Yes, some of my plants were in poor shape, most of them made it and are now thriving. Yes, it took a lot of time to hear back about a refund. I emailed 3 times then started a CS ticket and was promptly contacted and a refund has been promised. So I a nutshell I am thrilled with this company & products. Problems happen, that's how we learn. Its how you handle them that's the measure of a person & company. Don't trash them online if YOU haven't done your due diligence. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. They aren't in business to screw people over, that takes way more work than doing a great job! I will be placing more orders in the future.

The quality of Growjoy flowers is incredible! I ordered purple coneflowers and they are blooming spectacularly. The one identical coneflower I bought from Home Depot is a stunted little runt compared to these. Also my Giant Benary's Zinnea are 4 feet tall and full of blooms. I wish I could enclose a picture of them all. Delivery time was what was stated when I ordered them.
