My first and last time using Grow Joy. Ordered Ivy Geraniums in October and although they weren't going to ship inntil March I was charged immediately. I finally got the plants in April and they arrived 80% dead. I Immediately took pictures and contacted grow joy by email, no response. Called and left a message, no response. Sent second email, no response. Tried calling back, mailbox full. Suffice to say I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and will not be purchasing from Grow Joy ever again.

Bad customer service. Called twice and emails to find out where plant was that was supposed to be shipped April 19. They finally emailed stating my ship date is "the week of may 16th". Don't bother ordering from this company, Unless it's some unique plant material, you could probably get all the same stuff much quicker locally. Useless company.

Ordered 3 tomato plants to be delivered to SC. Received message that they would be 2 weeks late. Past 2 weeks and no word. Need to know if they are delivering or not. Very disappointed! Had I known I could have ordered them elsewhere. It will get too hot here real soon for young plants. Missing the tomato season is a dagger to my heart!

We would love to say we loved our plant, but we haven't received it. We've had to cancel one order this year (veggie plants) due to the company's expansion project delaying delivery up to a month. With this order, the butterfly bush and 4 Lantana, we've received the Lantana, but in place of the butterfly bush we received a notice that it is on back order. We did not receive a notice of this BEFORE filling our order, giving us a chance to cancel order, in part or whole. It wasn't on back order when we ordered it (no "currently unavailable" message), just as there is no such messages on the butterfly bush ( Buzz™ Midnight Buddleia Plant (Butterfly Bush) at the time of this posting, 3:16 pm, Central time, 4/24/21. Buyer beware; website is not kept up to date where product availability is concerned, at least at this time.

Plants arrived late (with no "back-order" notice) and were totally beat up. Unacceptable. Broken, crushed, lots of dead leaves. Poorly packaged. Even if they had arrived in healthy condition, the plants were very small. Never again. A complete waste. I e-mailed them asking for a refund. No reply. Maybe they are out of business? DO NOT ORDER PLANTS FROM THIS OUTFIT.

Nothing shipped - if this is a legit company they need to get their act together. Offered a full refund but it is too soon to know if I will get it. UPDATE: two days after requesting full refund the plants were shipped. Received today - two of the 3 were very dead. 3rd is alive with yellowed leaves. Should I keep fingers crossed for its survival?

So far, I have paid almost $100 for the plants I ordered in Feb, but nothing has been shipped. Their website still shows shipping of these same items will occur on Mar 29 to my area. That was last week. The weather is great, no reason not so ship. GrowJoy has not responded to 3 email attempts to get information. This morning I called them and actually got a customer service agent who said they have had problems with their new location in Alabama and this has delayed their ability to ship orders. She stated my order may be delayed another 2 weeks. When I informed her that I’ve sent 3 emails over the past week asking for information without any response, she laughed. Yep, actually laughed at their arrogance in not bothering to respond to emails. I’m done with this one. Never again.

Ordered three plants in early May, two weeks later got an email that their business was so good they couldn't get my order out, it would be delayed 2-3 weeks. Now, 5 weeks after ordering and paying, I get an email that they don't have the plants after all. Thanks for wasting my time. Don't trust this company to deal in good faith
