I ordered seeds and a hibiscus December 1, 2020. They were to be delivered in the spring. Nothing. So I contacted the company three times with no response. I called again today and now there is no voicemail on their phone. I understand things happen, with COVID and all, but when a company chooses not to address their customers, there is only one assumption a customer can make... they are not ethical. Period. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I found this company back in February and had very high hopes for them. I placed orders for various plants and veggies because their selection was seemingly better than anyone else's I could find. I placed 5 orders between February 23rd and April 12th. I even got my father to place an order also. Sadly, much like everyone else on this list I have been left out in the cold. I have tried the phone call / VM route to no avail. I sent emails and got very limited responses (I got roughly 2 replies just pushing my ship dates out). Finally I went onto Facebook Messenger and spoke to someone who did not reveal his/her name. They noted my complain and all they kept saying was they would run it by their Customer Service Manager. I have not heard back from anyone from this company. I was supposed to get my hundreds of dollars of plants weeks ago. In NY my plants should have been in the ground weeks ago. If...and this is a bif IF I do get them I have no idea if my garden will grow this year. I have read here and in other areas that they are overwhelmed with orders, had some new facility in Alabama to bring online, are short staffed etc etc. I honestly don't know what is true and what is not. I got an email last week saying one of my orders (ironically the one placed in April) would ship this week but made no mention of my 4 other orders that were placed in late February and early March. Clearly this company is either a SCAM or is not long to stay in business. I keep holding out hope that my plants will magically arrive any day so I can save my garden for this year but I am not optimistic. Perhaps another company trying to get over on their customers in a pandemic. Sad that someone would do this. Based on other responses, I have read multiple times that the Customer Service Manager couldn't find people's orders but they should call their 1800 number and ask for Ashley...despite the fact nobody answers their 1800 #! THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS. THEY FABRICATE DIFFERENT NARRATIVES IN RESPONSE TO THE MULTITUDE OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THE BUSINESS LOOK GOOD. If they make this right, i will definatly post that here Very disappointed. I thought i had checked thoroughly that they were a legit company. They are not. No response to 2 emails, no answering their phone or returning phone messages. I got worried because they billed me for my full order which i paid thru amazon pay. Then one of the flowers are no longer available. They never notified me, just took it off my order but didn't reimburse. I've asked multiple times about the reimbursement, but they never respond. It appears my order is supposed to ship next month now, but with these other reviews it looks like im SOL recieving it :( dang it

No plants no communication. Still waiting and hopeful. I usually have my plants in the ground by Mother’s Day. Now it’s Memorial Day Weekend and still waiting. I was so hopeful for this company as it’s my first order. Hopefully they will come thru. Will revise my review when and if they arrive. Very sad.

Wow, this company is totally awful! I ordered 16 plants months ago, they should have totally been prepared for preorder shipments! I’m on my 3rd delay from them! I have stuff now that needs to go in the ground and I have mulch being delivered this weekend due to THEIR last email saying that my order would be shipped by Wednesday (2 days ago)! This is very poor business! They didn’t have a problem taking my money! They don’t respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone or respond to messages, REALLY! People I have only ever wrote one negative review in my life. It has to be extremely bad for me to write one! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! At this point I just want my money back, who knows if that will ever happen!

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they took my money and I never received my plants, when I call them they don’t answer the phone and they don’t refund you your money! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

Our phones have been non-stop and we are trying our hardest to get in contact with every customer as soon as possible. We have had some unexpected delays, and an overwhelming amount of orders scheduled to ship the week of 05/16. We are trying our hardest every day to get as many orders shipped out as we can. I looked up your order, and it was originally scheduled to ship the week of 05/16 due to the last frost date in your state. It was printed yesterday prior to your email and is already in the shipping process. Once the label is printed we do not have a way to cancel it, it is shipping out today via usps priority mail.
