I tried numerous times to get information about my order. Because of multiple delays I sent 3 requests to cancel the order: email, via their platform, via phone (did not pick up call, full voicemail, no voicemail box at all). Because I was getting no satisfaction and was being ignored I escalated my claim to Paypal. The only response from the company via Paypal was UPS tracking numbers. I cancelled the order over and over again (10 days before the order was shipped) and now they are sending?!? I refused the delivery from UPS. I have no hope of hearing from them and getting a refund. It was a very large order so I am out of a lot of money. Do not even try to order. It looks like they are still accepting orders on their website which is unethical. My order #477799.

I would give triple zeroes if possible. I placed an order that was supposed to be here a week ago. I have sent two emails with no response and two phone calls where all I get is an answering machine that tells me everyone is too busy to answer the phone. Update as of 6/9/21 I got a text from GrowJoy about buying something from them so I just answered back that I wouldn't ever buy anything from them again and why. They asked for my order # and I gave it to them. They said my order would be here by the end of next week or the week after that. When I informed them we couldn't take delivery 2 weeks from now because we would be gone on vacation for 8 days they terminated me from getting or sending texts!!! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND TO EVERYONE I KNOW

ORDERED 4 OF THE SAME PLANT . THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEMS. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. E-MAILED THEM FOR A REPLACEMENT OR A CREDIT; NO RESPONSE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!

Here I am in 90 degree weather in Wisconsin and my order will not be shipped for 1 to 2 weeks it will be the end of June before I receive the Watermelon plants I ordered. I live in Wisconsin we start planting around Mothers day. Disappointed. Hey grow joy ship around May 12th if they die it is our fault we would buy more. Your not giving us enough time during the growing season.

This Company dies not respond to calls . I have sent.2 emails my plant were supposed to ship the week of May 30. No emails saying there was a delay. I would like to know what is going on . I have been waiting for them to arrive to fig out what I'm gonna do w the rest of the plants I have that are in limbo. There will be nothing left to choose from at the local nursery and no plants at my house due to there service.

I am so disappointed with this company. After success with the plants I ordered with them for the 2020 season, I decided to give them another try this year. I ordered 5 tomato plants and 3 green bean plants in early January 2021 to ensure I'd get a good selection of plants and also get free shipping. Here in Michigan we usually plant right around Memorial Day, so I was surprised to see that we wouldn't be getting our plants until right around that day. Then I got an email saying that the shipping date was pushed out. Finally got shipping confirmation on May 26th. Didn't receive the plants until June 1st. Seriously. Live plants in a box with no light or water, shuttled from hot warehouse to hot van for 7 days. 7 days. A week. When I unpacked them they already looked like hell. I watered them right away and got them in the sun. They didn't look any better when I planted them in my garden later that night. Now, 3 days later and I think they're goners. I've watered them and sprayed them with Miracle Gro, but I think it's a lost cause. I reached out to them via their website and their email address and haven't heard anything. I doubt I will. I even attached pictures for them of these sick plants. Now, I have to play the waiting game to see if they make it, or do I just rip them out and see if I can find any plants left at any other store? It's so frustrating. They took my money and sent me garbage. My question is whose idea was it to mail out live plants during a holiday weekend? I won't be using them again, that's for damn sure. Order no (#436008)

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered 2 dozen plants back in Nov 2020 to be shipped March 2021. Order was delayed twice (not due to COVID, they indicated they were moving to a new warehouse). When I received my order, it was missing 6 plants. No mention of it to me, no credit. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. Order shipped a month late and plants are puny as heck. 2 have already died. One that should be flowering in May has not a single bud on it. Spoke with customer service over the missing plants. They just couldn't care less. You would think shorting someones order would at least get an apology. Well, you'd be wrong with this company. Do NOT waste your time or money.

At this point I'd leave a zero if I could. Let's make this very simple. I ordered twice last year from Grow Joy and received those orders just fine. So I felt confidant and placed a fairly large order (489160) on May 6 and received a confirmation for shipping week of 5/23. No shipment, no update, no status via email or the website. 3 email messages (or is it 4 now?, 2 different platforms) and one phone message and NO replies on any of those methods. I will have to open a dispute with my bank as they very definitely had no problem taking my money. Please don't muck with a retired Rocket Scientist Project Manager. We know how to resolve things. AND document things.
